Are you or your employees tired of a sedentary work environment filled with food temptations?

It's time for a positive change.

Preventative, interactive corporate wellness programs strengthen your company from the inside out.

The corporate wellness programs are the solution for you and the company for whom you work. In a series of workshops, the corporate wellness programs target employees' specific concerns and struggles such as:

  • Time to make healthy food
  • Stress
  • Low energy during the workday

I teach the Fortis Corporate Wellness program.

The program addresses these important foundations of health throughout the workshop series. Topics include:

  • Hydration
  • Digestion
  • Blood Sugar
  • Healthy meal planning
  • Eating healthy on a budget
  • Improving metabolism
  • Hormone health
  • Anti-aging solutions
  • Chronic disease prevention

The workshop lectures are effective not only by providing education on the subject being discussed but also by emphasizing action steps that company employees can take to resolve imbalances.
